There are a wide variety of shops and services in Lynton and Lynmouth.
Lynton has its own post office, health centre (with minor injuries clinic), bank, chemist, two small supermarkets, and a Tourist Information Centre based in the Town Hall. Immediately adjacent to the Town Hall is the Lyn Valley Arts and Crafts Centre, housing a wonderful collection of locally produced Arts and Crafts for sale.
There are numerous gift shops and art galleries. We have our own local candle maker, and a florist. Take the cliff path or the railway down to Lynmouth for more gift shops and clothing outlets.
In Lynton and Lynmouth you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to cafes serving light lunches and cream teas. There are also several pubs and restaurants serving lunches and evening meals. Further afield, there are many country pubs, tearooms, and restaurants.
